1. You MUST be 18 years old to get tattooed and your Photo ID will be required to prove it.
2. CONSENT FORM: Must be signed on site before the tattoo procedure.
3. THE DESIGN: I only tattoo my original designs. I do Flash (pre-exist design) / Custom designs. A Flash / Custom design will only be tattooed ONCE (*except Repeatable Flash).
4. Pricing: Price varies by *Size*, *Design*, and *Body placement* of the tattoo design. I charge by FIXED rate. Price range for Flash design is listed on the Flash pages, and I charge higher rate for custom designs.
The price is not negotiable, and must be informed to you prior to a tattoo procedure.
5. Appointment & Reschedule:
To book an appointment, please check the available time here, and confirm a slot with me. Once an appointment has been scheduled, it can only be rescheduled ONCE & 72 HOURS in advance of the appointment, otherwise your booking will be void.
If your appointment has been void, a Rescheduling Fee (equals your deposit) is required in order to make a new appointment.
6. Payment: Deposit: 50% of full price through Zelle/Venmo/PayPal to confirm your booking. Rest of the Payment: Cash preferred.
*Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please make your decision decisively. A Flash Design is not replaceable once a deposit is sent (excepts *Random Flash Booking*), meaning you can't change a flash design to another design once you make your decision.
